At first all paint and rust is removed and all surfaces are thoroughly degreased.
After that an anti-corrosion-coating is applied in two steps.
1. Step: A filiform corrosion resistant wash primer is applied. This primer contains zinc-chromate and is of translucent, yellowish color.
2. Step: A translucent sealant which contributes significantly to corrosion-prevention from environmental influences (e.g. humidity, acid, fuel...) is applied next.
Finally the "aircraft's new dress" is sprayed on in two even wet cross-coats. We only use LBA/FAA approved materials.
All seams will be sealed and fuselage/wings/empennage preserved against corrosion. Finally the aircraft will be cleaned and all work is inspected and certified by an LBA-approved engineer.
